Partner the process.

The ZeroPoint Performance Operating System was built for the pressure of international competition, on a defined pathway to LA 2028. The same standard holds in business, and has held there. This page covers who a partnership suits and what it can become.

Partnership

Who this is for

Owners and founders who built something from nothing.

Kevin began competitive shooting in March 2025. Seven months later he took silver and a personal best at the Welsh International Airgun Championships. Before the sport came three decades leading IT infrastructure across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The strongest conversations are with people who recognise that path: set the standard, build the system, repeat it until the results follow.

Leadership that stays close to the decisions that matter.
A preference for precision and repeatable execution over visibility.
A long horizon. The pathway runs through to LA 2028.
An interest in involvement, not only association.

Access

What becomes possible at depth

It starts with alignment: whether the standards and the way of working match. Where they do, a partnership can go further than a sponsorship ever could. The number of partners is kept small, so the access stays real.

Named competitions

Support tied to specific events on the 2027 calendar below, so a partner can see exactly what their commitment made possible, event by event.

Direct contact

Regular one-to-one conversations with Kevin, with no intermediary. The cadence deepens as the partnership does.

A shared voice

Content written with the partner rather than about them, so the partnership speaks in one voice where it is closest.

Team sessions

Talks and programme design on how the ZeroPoint Performance Operating System transfers to a team and an organisation.

The environment, on site

With a suitable space of around ten metres, the training setup can come to your premises for a working demonstration.

Reporting you can use

Documentation and post-competition reporting from every funded event, written to be shared inside your organisation.

First comes alignment and value. Without alignment, it is not a conversation Kevin is looking to have. Investment follows.

The Conversation

How the conversation works

Two peers, working out whether this makes sense for both sides.

Alignment

It starts here. Do the standards, the values and the way of working match, in both directions? Kevin is as interested in your organisation as you are in this one. If the alignment isn't mutual, neither side should take it further, and that is a perfectly good outcome.

Value

What is this worth to your organisation, specifically? If there is no clear answer, it is a donation, and that is not what this is.

Return

What you want to get out of it, how that is measured, and how Kevin delivers it. A partnership is not a one-way street, and the return is discussed openly.

Depth

Once those are settled, the shape of the partnership, what it takes to support it, and the full prospectus.

A partnership with a defined standard.

If that reads as how you already work, this is a conversation worth having.
