Paralympic Precision Rifle · Ireland · LA 2028
Irish precision rifle athlete. International competitor. Building toward LA 2028.
Partner The ProcessThe Athlete
Kevin Doyle is an Irish Paralympic precision rifle athlete based in Ireland, competing internationally, and building a structured pathway to LA 2028.
Kevin competes in SH2, the Paralympic rifle classification for athletes whose upper-limb impairment requires a shooting stand to support the rifle. He is Ireland's sole competitor in this classification.
ZeroPoint is a performance system Kevin built and operates himself — a defined methodology for repeatable execution under pressure. In October 2025, seven months after picking up the sport, he took it to international competition for the first time. He came back with silver and a personal best score.
That is not a result. That is proof of concept.
Before sport, Kevin spent three decades in corporate IT leadership — standing up infrastructure for multinational greenfield sites entering Ireland, then managing IT operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. That background informs how this operation is run, with the same discipline, systems thinking, and accountability that high-performance organisations demand.
The Process
Every shot follows a defined process — controlled, repeatable, and refined over time. This is not about eliminating movement or chasing perfect conditions.
It is about executing under pressure, consistently and without compromise. The score is a byproduct. The process is the point.
Every session, every competition, every decision follows the same defined system. Not a highlights reel. The real work, documented in full.
Performance System
It is built, not found.
01
Every shot follows a defined sequence, removing randomness and building consistency across training and competition environments.
02
Execution is maintained under pressure through repetition, deliberate control, and a focus on the variable that can be managed — the process itself.
03
Performance is measured by the ability to deliver the same standard, in any conditions, under any pressure. Structure, not circumstance, determines the outcome.
Current Phase
The immediate focus is the WSPS World Cup in Al Ain, UAE this December — proposed as a direct LA 2028 quota allocation event. LA 2028 is the objective.
The Philosophy
"Nothing was going through my mind. I was focused on my process."
The principles behind elite precision sport — repeatable execution, performance under constraint, discipline over impulse — are the same principles that drive high performance in any organisation. Partners don't just get visibility. They get association with a philosophy that transfers.
Partnership
A structured partnership opportunity for organisations that value precision, discipline, and the credibility that comes from association with a validated performance system on its way to the Paralympic Games. A full partnership prospectus is available on request.
The Timeline
WSPS World Cup, Al Ain, December 2026 — proposed as a direct LA 2028 quota allocation event — is the next milestone. LA 2028 Paralympic Games is the target. Partners enter now, ahead of that result, and travel the full journey to LA.

Why This Matters
ZeroPoint is not a concept. It has been tested under competition conditions and returned a silver medal at international level. Partners are not backing potential — they are backing a validated system on a documented pathway to LA 2028.
ZeroPoint has been proven. The pathway to LA 2028 is underway. If your organisation values precision, discipline, and execution — this is a conversation worth having. A partnership prospectus is available on request.
